Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration!

10/20/2025

Last week we culminated our Hispanic Heritage Month celebration with books, dance, parades, and food!

Our wonderful 4A teacher, Mr. Raynier, read “¡Celebremos el Mes de la Herencia Hispana!” by Marisa Orgullo to our Pre-K students — a story that reminded us of the beauty and diversity within our community.

We also enjoyed a traditional Cuban dance presentation by Mrs. Gledys and her students, followed by a school-wide parade where students proudly represented their cultures.

To close our celebration, our teachers came together for a teacher luncheon, sharing homemade dishes from their countries — a delicious way to honor our roots and celebrate unity through culture.

A huge thank you to our students, families, and teachers for keeping our traditions alive and making this celebration so special!
