Yesterday, our preschoolers from the SED Center had an unforgettable experience at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts! They attended a mesmerizing performance of "Choy Wun Lions" at the Children's Theatre-In-The-Woods.

The Northern Virginia-based Choy Wun Lion Dance Troupe enchanted us all with their vibrant celebration of Chinese culture and heritage. Through dynamic lion dances and live musical accompaniment, the performers brought to life ancient traditions of masked dancing. Their colorful costumes and acrobatic movements captivated our young audience, showcasing the artistry and energy of the lion dance.
