CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
The SED Center is currently licensed to serve 161 children ages 3 months to 4 years-old. Our children's program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) at the gold tier, the highest level of program quality and recognized as a Bright Spot in Early Childhood Education by the Department of Education.
Our infant/toddler daycare and preschool programs are both bilingual (English and Spanish) and feature:
- Children grouped by age
- A wonderful opportunity to learn two languages (Spanish and English) in a multicultural environment
- Nutritious meals: breakfast, hot lunch, and snack included
- Menus planned in accordance to USDA standards
- Access to community resources
- Head Start program

Fees
Infant/Toddler: $450 per week
Preschool: $400 per week
*A 10% discount is given to each additional child in a family.
**Subsidies are available for those parents who qualify under the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education Child Care Division (OSSE) and Head Start contracts.
